For His Glory

Verse of the Day: Genesis 50:20

NIV: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.”

The Message: “Don’t you see, you planned evil against me, but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now—life for many people.”

A Prayer:

Father,

You are a great God and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for using all the pain in my life to produce great things in Your Kingdom. It’s all starting to make sense to me now. I can see how You have taken the horrible things that have happened in my life and woven them into a beautiful tapestry. You have used all the sadness for my good. May many lives be saved as people see the good you’ve produced out of the bad things that have happened in my life. I love you, my Daddy. Amen.

Whispers from God:

I always intend to bring good out of painful circumstances. Nothing you endure will ever go to waste.

A Thought to Ponder:

Happiness is seeing God use my pain for His glory. ~ Amy
